With the trend in interior and architectural design to extend the living portion of the home to the outdoors, it is no wonder that light designers everywhere are embracing the idea of producing outdoor lighting for outdoor living. The sky really is the limits as lamps are strung from treetops, floated on water, perched on a deck, sat amongst plants, or even turned into a planter or table.

Gillie and Marc are a pair of Australian artists that not only collaborate on their art and sculptures but on their lives as well. The hybrid human/animal dog and rabbit sculptures represent themselves with Gillie being the rabbit and Marc being the dog. Whether dog or rabbit or other, all of Gillie and Marc’s sculptures are incredibly detailed, mixing just the right amount of traditional craftsmanship with whimsical portrayals.
Pipe Dream is the name of a small concrete garden design created by Alison Douglas that was entered into the Boutique Garden category of the 2015 Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show. The name Pipe Dream references the large concrete pipes used to create focal points throughout the garden design.
